Forward supplier PCNs, upload BOMs, and let PCNshark match change notices against your monitored MPNs — so engineering, quality, and supply-chain teams know exactly what needs action.
Unlimited PCN uploads on all paid plans. Usage limits apply to monitored MPNs, automated matching, AI-enriched analysis, and exports.
Supplier PCNs arrive through email, distributor portals, and manufacturer websites. The hard part isn’t collecting them — it’s knowing whether a notice touches any part on your active BOMs, which products are exposed, and who needs to take action.
PCNs are scattered across inboxes, portals, and PDFs
One notice can affect hundreds or thousands of MPNs
Teams manually check BOMs against every supplier notice
Missed PCNs create lifecycle, quality, and supply-continuity risk
Drop a CSV or XLSX. PCNshark normalizes the manufacturer part numbers into the monitored MPNs it watches — across aliases, suffixes, and packaging variants.
Send notices to your dedicated inbound address or upload PDFs — unlimited on every plan. PCNshark stores each one, then AI extracts affected MPNs, dates, change type, and supplier details.
Each notice is matched against your monitored BOMs. Your team reviews impact, assigns owners, exports reports, and tracks follow-up — one thread per affected part, not a queue of PDFs.
PCNshark matches supplier notices against the monitored manufacturer part numbers across your BOMs and programs — normalizing MPNs (aliases, suffixes, packaging variants) so a notice for ATSAMD21G18A-AU also catches your -MU and -MUT lines.
Upload or forward every supplier notice your team receives — uncapped on all paid plans. PCNshark keeps the archive organized so notices don't get buried in inboxes.
Extract affected parts, effective dates, last-time-buy dates, change categories, and supplier details from PCN PDFs — every extraction reviewable against the source.
Track review status, team notes, owner assignments, and exports — every decision linked to the original PDF and extracted data, defensible to QA.
Tenant-isolated data model, access-controlled storage, and SOC 2-aligned controls in progress. Security reviews available on request.
One missed PCN can stop a production line for nine months.
Component obsolescence is the #1 cause of unplanned BOM redesigns in industrial electronics. The notices arrive, but they arrive in 47 different inboxes, in 120-page PDFs, at 3am.

Unlimited PCN uploads on every paid plan. Plans scale by monitored MPNs, monthly external source scans, AI-enriched analysis, seats, and workflow features — not by how many notices you send us. Duplicate files, already-known PCNs, and PCNs saved from the PCNshark network don’t consume AI-enriched credits; if you reach your monthly allowance, new PCNs are still received and stored, and full analysis resumes next cycle or after an upgrade.
