§ Enterprise

Built for enterprise workflows, without the enterprise bloat.

PCNshark supports the security, compliance, and integration needs of larger hardware organizations. Some enterprise capabilities are live today; others are on the near roadmap — we'll be honest about which is which.

§ 01 · Available today

What's shipping right now.

The core PCN-monitoring loop is live and in production today.

In production
  • BOM-level PCN monitoring
Watch every part on every active BOM. New PCNs are matched against your bill of materials within minutes of ingest.
    01
  • Searchable PCN database
Full-text + structured search across manufacturer notices, normalized fields, and effective dates.
    02
  • Email-based PCN ingestion
Forward any supplier email to your custom PCN email address; we parse, dedupe, and route it.
    03
  • PCN extraction from PDFs
Structured extraction of part numbers, change types, and dates from supplier PDFs — including scanned ones.
    04
  • Critical PCN alerts
Severity-ranked alerts when a notice touches a watched part. Delivered to in-app + email today; Slack and Teams are on the roadmap (contact us if blocking).
    05
  • CSV export
Export any view — alerts, parts, PCN history — as CSV for downstream BI or audit.
    06

§ 03 · Security foundations

How your data is handled today.

These are foundational practices in place now. We're not certified yet — we'd rather show you our architecture than wave a logo we haven't earned.

Ask a security question →
01
Tenant-isolated data model
Each customer's data lives behind row-level isolation; no shared tables across tenants.
02
Encryption in transit and at rest
TLS for all traffic; storage-level encryption on our managed databases and object storage.
03
Access-controlled storage
Private buckets; signed, short-lived URLs for any customer-specific asset.
04
Least-privilege internal access
Production access is scoped, logged, and limited to a small on-call group.
05
SOC 2-aligned controls
We are building toward SOC 2 controls internally. No certified report yet.
