Terms of Service

PCNshark is currently in early access. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable from time to time as the product evolves.

Users agree to use PCNshark only for lawful business purposes.

Users may not:

• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use PCNshark to violate applicable laws or third-party rights

Users may submit information, BOMs, PCNs, PDFs, or other files.

Users remain responsible for the content they upload and must have the right to submit it.

PCNshark may process uploaded content to provide the service, including extraction, indexing, matching, search, alerts, and product improvement.

PCNshark uses automation and AI-assisted extraction to process PCNs and related data.

PCNshark may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete information. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before making business, engineering, procurement, or compliance decisions.

PCNshark should not be treated as the final source of truth.

PCNshark does not provide legal, engineering, compliance, procurement, or supply chain advice.

Outputs are informational and workflow-supporting only.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity under their account.

PCNshark may suspend or limit access if misuse, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

PCNshark may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email, infrastructure, analytics, storage, and other operational needs.

PCNshark is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

PCNshark and its software, design, branding, workflows, and underlying technology are owned by PCNshark or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by these Terms.

If users provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, PCNshark may use them without restriction or obligation.

PCNshark is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that PCNshark will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all PCNs, EOL notices, or component changes will be captured.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCNshark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, supply disruption, procurement decisions, engineering decisions, or business interruption.

PCNshark may update these Terms as the product evolves. Updates will be posted on this page.
